As a master coach and also senior trainer with over a decade of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise across Sports Science, Nutrition, Therapy, Weightlifting Performance, Strength & Conditioning, and Pre/Postnatal Training. My career has been built on continuous learning, collaboration, and professional development, allowing me to deliver tailored, results-driven coaching for every individual.

What sets me apart is my ability to connect deeply with clients by recognising that no two journeys are the same. I’ve had the privilege of working with elite athletes on international stages, winning and breaking multiple British, European, and World powerlifting records; as well as supporting individuals through post-surgery recovery, preparing actors for lead roles, and helping clients with unique challenges such as cerebral palsy or scoliosis regain strength and confidence.

Grounded in science yet fuelled by creativity, I specialise in optimising performance, accelerating recovery, and minimising injury risk. My approach is driven by curiosity and the power of asking “why?” because understanding the ‘why’ is what unlocks true potential.
