Hormonal changes increase joint laxity, your centre of gravity moves forward, and your muscles adapt to support the extra load. While these changes are natural, they can sometimes lead to stiffness, reduced mobility, or discomfort if left unaddressed. This program is designed to help you maintain mobility, flexibility, and stability safely throughout pregnancy. The aim is not to push for extreme ranges of motion or intense exercise, but to keep your body moving well, reduce tension, improve circulation, and prepare your muscles and joints for the months ahead.
